Heavy or bulky items
Bulky items such as cardio, gym equipment and games tables cost more to delivery due to their size and weight.

We aim to deliver your order within 4- 7 working days
Please note that November & December will be extra busy for courier companies.
DELIVERY OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
As you would expect from high quality equipment, our products can be heavy duty strength and fitness equipment, the boxes can be large and heavy. This surprises some people. Please note the following.
Some packages you can lift on your own
If you've ordered small, light items they will arrive by DPD couriers direct to your door
Some packages you can't lift on your own
Gym equipment is regarded as a "Heavy and Large" item and requires specialised couriers. To ensure your safety and convenience, this always involves a longer delivery time than you might expect for consumer items such as books and clothes.
If you have ordered heavy duty equipment like power racks, heavy weights or cardio equipment please ensure you have someone to help you carry the equipment safely in to your home.
It's important to note that this is kerbside delivery.The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.
Can I track my order
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us about tracking.
A “Predict One Hour Delivery Window” notification will be sent via SMS and/or email on the day of delivery.
