The Hit Fitness Home Weight Bench is an entry level Home Weight Bench. It adjusts to 6 positions, from flat to 90 degrees, and can be used both as a flat bench and as an incline bench.
Hit Fitness Rubber Radial Olympic Discs come equipped with tri-grip options. These radial Olympic weight plates have been designed specifically for performing a large variety of barbell exercises and exercises which do not require barbells, such as plate raises, which take advantage of the gripping options during a gym workout.
This 7ft Olympic Barbell is a must have for anyone serious about their strength training. 30mm in diameter and is for use with 2" Olympic plates only.
This barbell has a stylish chrome finish and the handles are knurled to ensure maximum grip during workouts.

Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside/driveway delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.
How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.
