First, let’s start with the rack. This pack gives you the best home rack available. The F200 Heavy Power Rack is as good as they come. It is a solid construction with heavyweight spotter arms, hooks, and pull up bar.
The bench included is the Deluxe Utility SB42 Utility Weight Bench. This bench can span flat, incline, and decline with 5 positions.
Included in this pack is the Home 7-foot Olympic bar. A bar designed for home use, being slightly shorter than standard but fitting all Olympic size plates.
The weight plates included are Olympic Weight Plates. These plates are rubber coated so as not to clank against each other and are tri-gripped for ease of movement and extra exercise usability such as shrugs and front raises. Weights included are 4 x 2.5kg, 4 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg giving a total bar weight as 140kg.
Spring Collars are included. These are standard gym equipment and secure on the bar.
Also included in this pack is a bar Neck Pad for comfort when using the bar for squats.

Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside/driveway delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.
How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
Please ensure your mode of transport is suitable for the size of the items you order.
We will hold collection items for 14 days.
