First, let’s start with the rack. The Commercial Half Rack is as good as they come. Built to a commercial standard and perfectly fits everything that comes with the pack.
The bench included is a semi-commercial standard bench spanning flat and incline with 5 different angles.
Included in this pack is the 7foot Olympic bar. A perfect bar for all rack exercises.
For the weight plates, we have included Black Bumper plates. These plates give you a much wider scope for exercises including deadlifts, jerks, and more than regular plates wouldn’t hold up against. We have included 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg giving a total bar weight as 120kg.
Clamps included are standard size Hit Fitness Clamp Collars. These are easily removed and extremely stable when set.
Also included in this pack is a bar Neck Pad for comfort when using the bar for squats.
Finally, we have Rubber Floor Tiles to hold it all. These tiles are perfect to lay under a rack. It is gripped for exercises and absorbs the shock of plates dropping.
This pack is well rounded for all standard rack exercises and functional training.

Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside/driveway delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.
How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
Please ensure your mode of transport is suitable for the size of the items you order.
We will hold collection items for 14 days.
